Level 1 – Introduction to Pistols (Beginner Friendly)

Perfect 2.5 to 3-hour class for brand new shooters, those with little to no experience handling a firearm or those just needing a refresher. If you’re looking to build confidence, learn proper safety, and develop a solid foundation, this is the perfect place to start. No prior training is required. This course is ideal for first-time gun owners or anyone wanting a safe, structured introduction to pistol shooting.

This will be a private class located in Dragoon, AZ on May 23rd, 2026 9:00am – 11:00am (Location will be emailed)

• Firearm safety and range safety

• Understanding your pistol (parts and function)

• Proper grip, stance, and posture

• Sight alignment and sight picture

• Trigger control

• Managing recoil

• Getting shots on target

Must Bring:

Firearm (can be rented)

Safety gear (eye and ear protection)

50 rounds of ammunition minimum (no reloads & if renting a firearm 9mm 115 grain, full metal jacket is required)

Water (bring extra hydration is important in this desert)

Attire:

Dress accordingly (hat, long shots, pants or leggings, full covered tee shirt (no tank tops), closed toed shoes)
